Question about 'Now that I've moved my taskbar to the top of my screen, I keep losing the titlebars of my applications underneath it!'

Get 'Discover' from http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Alley/3532/main/freeware.html
This is a utility that I use to correct a design flaw in the Windows 95 (and NT 4.0)
interface. When using the taskbar with the autohide turned off and always on top
turned on, when windows are created they can be obscured by the taskbar. This is
particularly troubling when the taskbar is aligned at the top of the desktop. Then
the title bar becomes obscured. And sometimes, even the menu is obscured. The operating
system should create these windows based on the working area, not on the desktop.
To correct this I give you discover.exe. What it does is move windows into the working
area. If a window is too big to fit in the area, it will then shrink it if possible.
Discover can be set to run automatically (on a timer) or by clicking it when the
action is desired.
It's FREE!
