Hi DocCrain, Am constantly getting the CFT Loader error message, so I tried your suggestion to turn off cftmon.exe, but when I get to the languages dialogue box and click details, i get the following error message: RUNDLL An exception occurred while trying to run "shell32.dll,Control_runDLL input.dll" Have no idea what this means. Any suggestions from anyone? thanks Anthony
