Ok here is what helped me. I had 758memory 2 sticks one of the memory sticks was
after market. the after market was 256 i removed it and that solved my problem. right
now im running with only 512 memory. So there is your easy fix do that should help
alot of you out there. I read that 80% of these win 32k. sys problems are memory
realted and i will tend to agree with that now :). hope this helped posted this because
i know it will help alot of you out there. now im looking to buy another 512 of memory
:).
