My Solution: UNINSTALL the Yahoo Toolbar and Yahoo Browser Services apps!!! Yep. For me, that was the ticket! Important note... after the uninstall, I had to reenter the parameters for my NIC card using the Windows "Network Connection" apps in the Control Panel. For some reason, the uninstall blanked out my IP static address and DNS settings.
