I have had this happen on two different Dells that were pretty much the same. I think
it is Nortons GoBack that is doing it. Same thing fixes it as if you did it loading
Linux. Boot with a Linux disk and change the boot partition with cfdisk to 07 instead
of 017 effectively unhiding the partition. Damn Norton crap.
