Strange application stalking web page visits

Recently I accidentally left task manager open as I was checking some processes and
performance issues. It was in the applications window and I was moving around a web
site when I noticed a little 'DOS' icon and the name Privacy Info Dialog. This little
application popped up every time a new web page loaded and then disappeared. It pops
up at each and every site I visit and then disappears a few seconds later. I immediately
thought I had a virus. Did a scan with Zone Alarm Security Suite, and it found a
Win32 Trojan. ZA couldn't remove it. A spyware remover gave it a different name,
said it removed it, but when I checked the registry, the entry it described was still
in the location shown in the log. I had another strange app running, "SysFader" which
I thought was another piece of malware. But thanks to your article I finally got
that straight. Is this application "Privacy Info Dialog" a part of windows and/or
Zone Alarm, or is it some malware collecting my info. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thx CharliO7
