Chris, select the 'start menu', then 'run'. In the run dialog box type "services.msc" This will bring up a window showing all the services running. Scroll down to print spooler. This will show you if the print spooler service is running under the status column. If it is stopped, you will need to start it. On the left side of the page you should see a line "restart the service". Click on this and set startup type to automatic. If you don't see the above line click the extended tab at the bottom of the page. Hope this helps. CharliO7
