I found a weirdly named folder on my system that won't copy, delete, or rename.
It's named: "zzF0~~~ (followed by about a hundred tildas ('~') followed by a hex
string and ending with '.33CA'
It's in the following folder:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem
What is it? Is it supposed to be there? If you think I should delete it, how can
I do that?? (It won't delete even in Safe Mode or in Safe Mode with Command Prompt,
even after an attempt to "attrib" all attributes clear.) It won't delete or copy
or whatever because it's name causes Windows grief.
