Cpu 100% System Idle 99%?? Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at 4:29 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Phil (9 messages posted) Hi guys, My CPU usage is sitting at between 84 & 100% on my XP Pro box but it does not change nor does the usage history graph show any movement at all. But the processes shows that my idle is 99% and my computer seems to be running ok. I read that it could be my graphics card so I re-installed the graphics card driver, cleaned the registry and scanned for virus's and it's still the same.
