Mark, Thanks for the response. I followed the procedures at maddoktor2.com. Just to let you know that nothing of significance was found. Just some tracking cookies and a lot of leftover symantec entries in the registry. I am beginning to think this "Privacy Info Dialog" application is working as part of another process. Am going to post the Hijack log as requested. Also I want to thank the members of this site for the info on the "SysFader" application. Thx again for the response. CharliO7
