missing HIMEN.SYS file, no icons Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at 10:44 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by picklelake1 (3 messages posted) I think I erased something the other day by mistake or something eat something!!!!! my computer loads but no icons appear, I only have access to system thru Task Manager , also when gone to device manager all devices are gone, I am at wits end here, I want to reinstall but my version or windows on drive is newer then windows on the Dell loaded disc.
