You are right W98 does not support NTFS but I did suggest this about a year ago and
it did work as per feed back. However, here is my next suggestion, although Werner
has already precluded this with his suggestion. Download UBCD
for Windows, add the folder removers as plugins, boot the CD and then try to remove
the folder.
