One of the main thing that causes problems is the anti-phishing filter. Try disabling
it. Another that may contribute is regarding Ctfmon, which may not apply in your
case, but nonetheless...

Other than that, you'll need to get help on an IE 7 newsgroup or perhaps a browser
specific forum. Better yet, would be to switch to a more secure, less malware prone
browser. Firefox and Opera are recommended alternatives by security experts.
