IE 7 Causes weird lock up

Hi,
I'm running IE7, and anytime I try and use ALT-TAB to move to another running application
FROM IE,
my computer locks up with the window of running apps on the screen.
Sometimes I can break loose by pressing ctrl-alt-delete, then closing the task manager.
I can use alt-tab from any other application, but it is only when going from IE to
another application.
CTRL-TAB to go between the tabs works fine.
I have no other running toolbars, and I've run scans with McAfee and Spysweeper.
Any suggestions? It's only when I am in IE7 and am moving to another application.
