ALEX,
Did you find a solution? I notice this was posted in August and we're now in March
'07. I have THE SAME problem. I have the file sndvol32.exe but my system can't
find it. I suspect it has something to do with a PATH suddenly disappearing. Since
I am the sole user/administrator I can't understand how this can happen. I had sound
last night and today - after a restart - suddenly no sound and I get the error message
that the computer can't find the file. There it is sitting in the correct directory
but the computer can't find it.
Does anyone have an idea?
