Yes it is messed up Royally.No I have no idea, didn't see yellow warning sign in
Control Panel yet
in DeviceManager yes but in CP no.
That message sounds like scripting in visual basic.
I am sorry kid but the best thing would be to repair win installation.There are
a few good brains around here for that kind of messup Ricer46,Rich Kurtz,Sarandrea
and others but where are they now I don't know.
Maybe you could do one more thing.Rename Nusrmgr.cpl that's the User Accounts.
Start/Run type >cmd< Enter and in the command window
type or paste but observe the spaces between Ren and C and cpl and nusrmgrold.cpl:
<>ren C:\WINDOWS\system32\nusrmgr.cpl nusrmgrold.cpl<>
it will be auto replaced with good Nusrmgr.cpl from Sys32\Dllcache
