Sometimes, especialy if you have been toying with shell32.dll and such, the regestry
fix may not do the trick. Try this alternitive:
Open ANY folder, Go to Tools at the top, Select Folder Options. Go to the File Types
Tab, Find the Folder (it will have "(NONE)" as the extention. Select it and click
on Advanced. Now... Create a new Action, call it explore and give it the command
%SystemRoot%..Explorer.exe /e,/idlist,%I,%L
Set it as default. and you should be ok
