However, this doesn't get rid of whatever caused this does it? I have tried scanning with AVG it found nothing, the Symantec site says the backdoor trojan thingy was easy to remove but I couldn't find anything on how to remove it. I am continuing to look as I think this thing will come back once I close down. BTW thanks to all who have given suggestions on how to fix this.
