If you want to run any kind of a batch file minimized, even ones with the 'start'
command and prevent the quick flash at the beginning use a .bat to .exe converter
and click the "ghost" option. In fact you can combine several batch files and .vbs
scripts or other executables all together in one compiled exe using the include option.
