Windows Explorer crash

Hi all

I am having troubles with Windows Explorer and / or Nero Reloded.

Whilst working my way through folders using the right hand pane, I get the error
message "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience."

I have noticed that the error only occurs when I view certain folders - typically
those with some video files. I can however navigate through these folders with the
left hand pane folder view... it seems I am ok as long as I don't view the folder
in the right hand pane.

The troubles began after I installed Nero Reloded. I am hesitant to remove the software
as I like it and would rather fix the problem itself. Can I just dissable to Mod
/ delete the file or something? Please help!

I have read similar posts and have tried using a different user profile (the guest
profile). The same error occurred.

For the technically minded, a copy of the high level error details are below (I could
not copy and paste the underlying tech data which would have been pages):

Error signature
AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: nemp4splitter.ax
ModVer: 4.9.4.1 Offset: 0002a65b
