windows error message after login

Hello,
This is driving me nuts! Each time after startup/login I get the following error
message: ''Windows cannot find C:\PROGRA~1\SOFTWA~1\soproc.exe. Make sure you typed
the name correctly and try again. To search for a file, click Start button then click
Search.'' I 've never done anything to prompt this. Error box disappears after I
click OK, but can anyone please advise how to get rid of it completely. Thanks.
