The solution to this BUG (Microsoft, please take note of the CAPITALISED
and bold word) is quite simple when you know it (but purest hell
while you don't)...
right-click your desktop, choose properties, click the desktop tab, push the 'customize
desktop' button and untick or tick any of the 'desktop icons'.
Click Ok twice and presto! Windows succumbs to the power of the mouse!
Lame Microsoft, lame as usual...
