re: sound device error Friday, June 1, 2007 at 4:26 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Andrea Carr (1 messages posted) I am having the same problem, no sound, my system says my sound rivers are there but not turned on, i have a yellow exclamation mark next to my pnp softenm. I have tried everyting it seems, i get the message... This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device. Please can someone help me too.
