O k, first off i have no clue to why the JPEGS aren't turning out but i found a fix
for the AVI files maybe, what you need to do is download codecs. Like the ones i
had where out of date and needed updating. Known Codecs that cause this, dvix, AC3-ACM,
DVX, quicktime, and real codecs. If you update those you should be in good shape.
