Follow these few steps in order to resolve the issue:
Steps:

2.Select "Desktop" menu
3.Click "Customize Desktop"
4.Select 'Web" menu
5.Now uncheck the checkboxes under "Web Pages"
6.Also, uncheck "Lock Desktop Items"
