He went to task manager and explorer.exe seemed to be taking all the memory so he did the "delete tree" thingy... well now he cannot get anything on his desktop except wallpaper. The CTRL+ESC doesn't work nor the right click... He can get in to task manager....but nothing will open outside of task manager... If we could just get to system restore...and run it I think that would work but maybe not.
