Because all of solutions didn't work for me I show my solution:

You just must type in Recovery Console this:
md C:\backup
copy C:\windows\system32\config\system C:\backup
copy C:\windows\repair\system C:\windows\system32\config
(file replacement can do in linux, or other computer (if you didn't make password))

And that's it. After restart Windows will reinstall every device, but if you have 
drivers this isn't a problem. 
Bad side:
Screen resolution may change and some settings may reset.
However effect is very payable.
But if you want return to previous state, use backup file in C:\backup

Moreover this solution can work on other problems. Try it!
