Actually, thats not the best.. the best is to download "startup inspecter for windows"
It helps you keep track of the programs being runned at start-up.. And, it has no
adware, spyware.. Its CLEAN.. and takes up little space plus does not lag your computer
at all. This also works for any software which you do not want it to start up.
*its fairly easy to use too! juz uncheck the tick box beside the software u dont
want, and click apply. Volla! you are done!
