I setup a Guest account with a Password then added the Guest account to the above Policy (Access this computer from the network) reboot the computer problem solved Edit: Also Control Panel/ Administrative Tools/ Local Security Policy/ … navigate to Security Settings/ Local Policy/ User Rights Assignment In the right hand panel check .
