Removing those keys didn't work for me. The key that needs to be deleted is...
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\XXX Groove GFS Context Menu
Handler XXX
How can you work this out for yourself?
Run Sysinternals Regmon program (download free from Microsoft)
Use it to see which registry keys are read when you right click a folder.
Save the results.
Import them into Excel.
Sort by the column that contains the key names to get similar chunks of names together.
Do a search for "Groove" (or whatever is offending you on your right click context
menu).
Delete each key that looks like it might be the one - there are only ever 3 or 4.
Make a copy (export the key) of the keys just before you delete them.
Right click a folder in Windows Explorer just after you delete them to see if it's
fixed the problem.
If not, put the key back by double clicking the exported backup you made.
Repeat until the offending right click item is gone.
Note that they will often be in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex
