I have an ASUS motherboard too with PCI-E Geforce 6500 display card . I also have waisted long time trying to install my XFX Personal Cinema card with no luck. Finally I found a good way. I took out the Geforce display card and installed a very old PCI display card (S3 Trio64 4MB). Then installing the XFX Personal Cinema TV card went smooth. Restarted, with every thing great then turned power off, took the S3 display card out and installed the Geforce 6500 card. All the drivers now are fine. However, I lost the XFX Personal Cinema software CD and don't know where to get it from ... any good idea is appreciated???
