I got the ip address from ipconfig on another computer that managed to connect. Chose the last part as one of the numbers the hotel suggested (192.168.1.45) but also tried others at the end in case that IP was taken. I got no messages of conflict. The other guests managed to just connect. Thanks. Ellie
