Rich, thanks but I have tried that and all other ways of printing and the printer reverts to landscape every time, even after clicking on "apply" to save the settings. I must stress that this is only a problem when printing emails from outlook express. The printer is a Lexmark. Do you think that it could be a problem with the printer or a problem with the emails that are sent?
