Hi I have formatted my c drive and reinstalled all drivers, all fine. Installed windows updates online. Then installed SP2 from a cd, installs fine. On reboot the system takes 7 mins + to start up. I see the inital bios details, etc first (as normal), then instead of going to the windows emblem and blue progress bar, the screen goes black and after a minute or so, a white progress bar appears at the bottom and sits there for about 6mins, gets half way along and then continues normally to desktop. Everything seems to work ok except a seriously lengthy start up. I have formatted again and again and reinstalled everything is fine until I install SP2, same thing every time. Please help Thanks
