Hi All, Finally a solution! I've had this problem with XP and now with VISTA. Wasn't sure if it was a virus or a windows bug. I followed the instructions at: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/813711/ and increased the numbre of profiles remembered by windows and it work. Cheers
