ok... been searching half the night, have class in 2 hours, and have to get my wife
out the door to her class in 1 hour so I hope this makes sense....
I double click on any icon that would bring up an explorer (not IE) window or use
windows-key+e and as soon as it launches get the dreaded "Windows Explorer has caused
an error and needs to close." at first it was saying it was module called pdfshell.dll,
but deleted that, rebooted and no help. Tried again and now the module is "unknown"
was working fine til I installed a proggy called aceftp3free. Uninstalled it because
I wasn't happy with it. Tried sfc /scannow, but have misplaced my restore disc for
the desktop and the laptop is a Gateway... ran registry check/repair from a utility
set I have and still nothing. Funny part is if I don't click on send error report/don't
send... I can still navigate use explorer. Here is Log file:
Any advice?
