Another way is to use a context menu editing tool, like Fast Explorer. It was especially designed to help with sweeping out of unused static and dynamic menu items from Windows shell's context menus. You may find it more convenient instead of manual disturbing of the Registry. More info: http://thesoftpro.tripod.com/downloads/fe/
