Open a command prompt, cd \recycler. Type cd and press the Tab key.

Note: There has to be a space after cd before you press the Tab key.

I have 3 computers, two desktops and one laptop. All run XP Pro and there is no Cookies folder under C:\Documents and Settings\myuserid on any of them. I did a Google search and other folks agree with you, saying there is. Very strange. Do you have XP Home or XP Pro? Could have anything to do with IE7, which I refuse to install on any of my computers?
