Why are you asking us, if you should upgrade or not? Certainly, it's your decision to make. What do you mean, how to? Just like upgrading any other app, download and install it. I don't know why a sudden rash of queries about installing IE7, but all ya gotta do is turn on Auto updates. Voila, you'll get it.
