The dwwin.exe error message is being caused by Dr. Watson responding to a program
crashing when you are logging off or shutting down Windows. Here's how to stop the
dwwin.exe messages, so you can see what program is causing the problem:
Turn off Windows Application Error Reporting:
Press the 'Control Panel/System/Advanced/Error Reporting' button. Choose 'Disable
error reporting' and UNcheck the 'But notify me when critical errors occur' box.
Now you'll be able to see what program is crashing at shutdown.
