RAM memory is volatile so even a warm boot clears it out. Windows trying to load
into defective RAM, not that is a possibility, but you should have other issues or
BSODs while it is running if that is the case. The memory has to be a different
type to retain a "state" for that to be happening, and that type will not work in
a PC. There is something else going on.
Would have to physically bench the machine and test it myself to see what the trouble
may be without more info sadly enough. Any piece of hardware, or the motherboard
itself could be the possible source. The only thing a tech could do is test or swap
parts to eliminate a hardware source as the possible cause.
