u mean even a defective memory may cause this? cos i DO hav a defective ram slot
on the motherboard. Of course it's empty now, but does it still affect the system
as a whole?
And also, the crc error only come while i attempt to install big software. But miraculously,
I installed 5 software in a row without restarting the computer yesterday.(NFS carbon,
C&C3, Bioshock, MOH Aiborne and Office 2007). But after i restart the com and attempt
to install resident evil 4, the error comes back.
I just discover another fault in my system, windows only load some of the essential
drivers during startup. I installed the display drivers, audio drivers umpteen times
because of this. The computer never startup loading both the drivers, either i hav
the display one and not the audio one or vice versa.
Does all this faults come down to one comclusion:
Change the motherboard?
