re: 0X0000007B - No Sata Drivers Monday, October 15, 2007 at 6:05 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by jbmcmillan (1055 messages posted) Put the sata drive back to slave and get your work backed up to another drive,cd/dvd or whatever and then run chkdsk /f on the drive.The drive is probably operating in ide mode which is how most motherboards will default to if not using raid and doesn't reqiure sata drivers.I suspect you are having a hardware problem.(possible failing drive).
