ALT-TAB fullscreen apps order

Hi.

I'm 90% sure that in Windows 98, I could use ALT-TAB to switch back and forth between 2 apps, no matter their "always on top" and fullscreen statuses. In XP, however, two fullscreen applications are always at the front of the ALT-TAB list. This is very annoying because I can't use the function to switch back and forth between 2 apps. I want the 2nd fullscreen app running in the background.. preferably at the end of the ALT-TAB list. Is there any way to override the "always on top" and fullscreen rule?

/L
