In a few cases on older machines this worked.Turn the PC off.Disconnect the power cable.Disconnect the power & monitor data cable.Take the PC side cover off .Touch the bare metal of the case to discharge the static electricity from your body.Static el.could damage the components in the mother board.Pull the video card out and insert it back again.Reconnect all cables tightly.Turn the machine on and see.
