Try to find the manufacturer and model number. Look on the back. Post back here (or 
google) with that information.
It is probably just a setting accessed through buttons on the monitor itself. If 
you don't want to bother, or simply need an excuse to get a nice, new LCD, please 
do not trash it. Call your local school/library/etc to donate it.
