Hi Cory,
System Restore only restores the system back to a previous state. Since most programs
write entries to the registry when installed, once they've been removed only an installation
will write the necessary entries in the registry. Otherwise, the programs won't function.
Additionally, if an Idiot comes along and tries to tell you an undelete program is
what you need, just consider the source.... They're knowingly posting misleading
info. just to make it appear as though they want to help.
The only reason they're responding to you, is to take the opportunity to discredit
others who really are here to help. Either that, or they're really THAT stupid and
have no business here.
FYI, Often using a search engine is the best, quickest, way to get answers to your
questions.
