2. I appreciate that you cannot open Outlook 2003. However can you perhaps copy the
.pst file to CD (maybe DVD if its BIG) and open it with Outlook 2003 on another PC
- and follow the instructions to export it to the older .pst file format ? If you
succeed, you would then be able to copy it back and open it from your Outlook 2000
installation.
3. I would persist a little longer with diagnosing the updater issue though ?
