Start menu tooltip always behind the start menu Saturday, October 20, 2007 at 12:04 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Jamie (4 messages posted) Whenever I hover my cursor over an icon on my start menu (quick launch or right-side icons), it ALWAYS shows the tooltip box behind the start menu. This is quite annoying when I use programs like uTorrent because half of the information I need is always hidden. Any ideas, guys? Thanks for the help.
