Only a few individuals have bothered to include a useful subject to their post.
Five million "thank you" posts make it hard to wade through all of this to get to
the helpful information.
There is a lot of fluff in this thread, yet it is full of great info. Too bad the
fluff can't be easily sorted out.
Perhaps the moderator could clean up the posts and organize all of the "thank you"
posts into one folder. That way people looking for detailed info don't have to browse
through so many posts. Personally, I don't want to read hundreds of thank you notes.
Also, maybe the users on this forum could think about the people who might be here
after them. Consider how your actions affect others (good advice for all things
in life). Use a detailed subject title. Is your post a question? Is your post
an answer? Is your post a Thank You?
The people that visit this forum after you will appreciate you taking an extra three
seconds to have consideration for them. I know I always do. There are a few folks
here who have good forum etiquette.
I know that the rest don't mean to do anything wrong. So now hopefull some of them
will have learned something and will post more responsibily.
This has been a very helpful thread. I only wish I didn't have to spend hours just
reading this one. Not to mention all of the other sites and forums I've read to
research this problem.
Big thanks to annoyances.org!!!
